Nursery Practitioner

I grew up in central London and have always lived there and had experience of working in a nursery. I really enjoyed being able to give children different experiences in the city as to what they would experience in the countryside. Living in London provides a large variety of experiences for young children such as having access to amazing landmarks that help define the entire country, and I have always enjoyed being able to be a part of their initial early childhood experiences which will help shape their future.

I really enjoy baking a large variety of recipes that are both healthy and yummy so the children can enjoy sweet treats that are still nutritious for them. I also really enjoy a variety of sports such as horse riding as I had over three years of horse-riding lessons.

I grew with the children, I loved seeing them develop and grow into their own little person and seeing what ways I could help them and support them. After this initial joy of working with children I began babysitting for other people and my love for working with children grew. I then decided to begin my Level 3 course in childcare and education and pursue a career in helping children grow. I will also be going on to complete my QTS starting in September to extend my knowledge further and help me support children even more.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social care
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education
• Level 2 Completed Food Hygiene
